Terrible service in all departments. They never answer the phone, and their sales department rarely get back to you or answer your emails unless prompted many times. When they do get hold of sale they say they have to speak to R and D, and you just get left in limbo. Many of their products you can't buy because they have such poor supply chain for their raw materials. In my experience I would avoid this company and look elsewhere, you will be glad you did.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am not one to write bad reviews. I understand that company's sometime have issues, I myself owning a company and knowing how difficult it is. But this company had been absolute garbage on every possible conceivable level. From point of sale and taking 4 weeks before actually sending me a design for my product, to ignoring multiple emails and literally never updating until I ask several times. Then to lying about delivery dates, and taking months and months before telling me their is a world creatine shortage or that my Bcaas will be sent in a week. To then saying they will refund me (which I have chased for 4 months to still not receiving it as of this post) There is something inherently broken with this company. Management is failing on every level.

We have been waiting for some of us ur products that was ordered in March. It is now September. They were also sold out of a specific range and we have yet to be refunded for this. It is 6 months later!! Absolutely shocking service. We try and call them everyday without any success. And no one replies any emails!!!

If I could this would get a -5 star This is by far the worst service I have ever been through, as other people have suggested, they are only useful till they get your money, I once had to call 31 times to get someone on the line, and Josh only work till 15:00 and constantly lies about when your order will arrive. Also if you want you label to look good dont waste your time they are misleading and will not wrap the label all the way

Great service and very helpful. I have spoken to Sam and Josh on several occasions, and they were both very helpful and professional. My customers are very happy with the products and they can't get enough of them. Absolutely appalling company DO NOT USE! I have put in an order of over £2000 over 3 months ago and have not received my products! They are very helpful at the beginning (until they get your money). My colleague and I are continuously trying to chase them to get them collected to be shipped to an Amazon fulfilment centre. They also claim to have an Amazon FBA department to help you with FBA, this also is a lie!!!! I have invested my money and losing money by the day where they could be on Amazon! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally got what I paid for! I told them that I understood the current situation and didn't mind waiting, but they never gave me any updates or responded to my enquiries? Other than that I have had no issues

Very happy with the service and the products. For a protein milkshake (cocoa) it is very nice. Delivery was fast (within 8 weeks)

Extremely poor customer service! I contacted Richard on several occasions for samples and NEVER received anything! They were reluctant to accept an audit/inspection, probably for fear of being exposed! Complete waste of time! Forget fancy branding. You need certainty. Do your research and due diligence before throwing your money away on a potentially fake or poor quality product that isn't fit for purpose!
