It's a very useful place if you need advice or help to fill in a form. The people who work there are always helpful. This is where the lending library is too. Many other things happen here. Look it up, and you will see. I am very grateful to have a place like this nearby! There is a ramp for those in wheelchairs or unable to climb the steps. Wheelchair access and electrically operated doors. On road parking, but space often tight!

Great. Nice to deal with friendly receptionist. Thank you for confirming "tenant management"are not fit for purpose. But the hubs are vital. Thank you.

Open til 6, free PC access, also free access to "Find my past" & "Ancestry". Useful for housing help & job advice, as well as all the usual things you would find in a library. Closed on Tuesdays.

Amazing helpful staff working here helped me lots and my daughter loved it here the man printed her pictures to colour and helped her pick books for the reading challenge they do and was very good for her as she enjoyed going to the library. She was able to be occupied and not bored, despite me having lots of stuff to do on their computer which had help with anything really fast. A great attitude on the staff who went above and beyond for me in all fairness for me , the only complaint I have is the way the older children who went in witnessed the behaviour which wasn't the best and staff should not have to tolerate altho they dealt with everything calmly and in a positive way that I witnessed. Highly recommended especially if you are introducing your young children to reading and the library

I love the hubs, fab library, great for kids as there's often stuff going on for them. You can also meet with your local councillor weekly to discuss areas of concern in your neighbourhood etc. You can discuss your housing issues with an advisor, access free training, and discuss certain benefits. They have computers for you to use and they often offer therapeutic treatment ☺

Very helpful staff who support the community at every step. Many activities for young mum's and access to good information, good for picking up recycling bags.

I have just moved to Fairwater with my family and I am so grateful to have this library in my local area. The Hub is a quiet, well-organised space with good access to IT-services. The staff are helpful and friendly. It also has a good selection of books to choose from.
