Will definitely be using fairwater garage again. My range rover Evoque went in for water ingress. Fairwater garage has my car for 3 weeks over the Xmas period. They stripped out all the interior and let it drip dry to avoid any shrinkage to carpets etc, identified and repaired it. Jason was very helpful and always kept me updated with what was going on. 100% satisfied customer

Took my car in for warranty work, unfortunately the warranty company didn’t want to pay out but cannot fault the garage at all. Great customer service and completed the work in a day! Would definitely recommend 🙂

Great service from a great garage. I was visiting a mate over Christmas when I snapped a drive shaft, leaving me stranded 100s of miles from home! The RAC recovered me here at around 2pm on a Friday. These guys got me straight on a ramp, got the replacement parts ordered in and sorted for 9 the following morning. Very happy with the service and happy to pay them for a job well done. Five stars for Fairwater Garages. They got my car back to me in within 24 hours and for a really reasonable price. Not only that but they're great people and didn't pinch any of my sweets from my glove compartment 👍

Do not come here if you want your car back within 3 weeks and do not want to break the bank. Constantly kept lying about starting the work that needs to be done and then not actually doing it. They are charging almost a grand to fix an oil leak. My car will now be kept over Christmas, meaning they would have kept my car for a month just to fix an oil leak. Save your time and go elsewhere.

This was my first time using Fairwater Garage and i have to say i was really impressed with the service i received. My car went in for an MOT and after failing in a few areas the communication was spot on, i was informed what the car had failed on and what needed to be repaired and replaced. The work was completed on time and at a very reasonable price. If your looking for a trustworthy Garage that keep you informed and get things done on time then i’d definitely recommend. My son's car had been to a reputable garage and seen twice by the AA all diagnosed different faults and one saying it was beyond repair. This his first car is an absolute lifeline to him for work as a carpentry apprentice. After speaking to Fairwater garage over the phone as a last ditch attempt I was immediately struck by how helpful and knowledgeable they were as well as reassuring so we agreed for the car to go there. Everything was organized by the garage including the tow to them from the previous garage. To say they have gone above and beyond to get this car back on the road in a timely and very cost effective way is an understatement. I will never use anyone else and will be recommending them to everyone.

Late Sunday afternoon and thought our holiday was going to be ruined when our suspension spring broke. Fortunately for us, the RAC took the car to Fairwater Garages who were amazing. They contacted us at 7.30am on Monday to let us know that they would be able to get us on our way again that day and true to their word we were driving away before lunchtime.
