Hired for my daughters birthday. Set up and take away so efficient and the hot tub itself so spotless and immaculate. Clear instructions with it all also. Did have an error code / problem with the pump which was dealt with immediately and changed and then the hot tub worked perfectly it didn’t not affect our experience at all. Thanks so much again x

Great fun, clear instructions and easy to use. Clean equipment. Good friendly customer service - we had a problem with the motor but the team were with us and had changed the motor within an hour. Tub delivered on a Monday but be aware it takes a while to heat up - a degree an hour so basically overnight. Hired for daughter’s birthday party but whole family enjoyed using it. You pay a deposit refundable after collection - this was refunded promptly to my account within 10 mins of me sending my bank details.

Prompt delivery & set up, hot tub was in good condition and clean. Easy to use and collection just as efficient. What I really liked was my deposit was refunded and in my account the same day as collection, none of this 5-7 working days nonsense. Great job will definitely use again if you’ll come to Coychurch, Bridgend again.

After a lot of research I decided to go ahead and book with these guys and I definitely made the right choice! The 2 ladies that came to set our hot tub up were so professional. Very patient ( with my million questions) really good at explaining the set up and super friendly. The hot tub was really nice. Looked like new. Spotlessly clean and all set up beautifully with fairy lights. My daughter was so happy with her surprise hot tub party! We enjoyed it so much that I’ve booked them again for next week!

We booked a hot tub, gazebo and lights for my birthday and the company were absolutely brilliant! They let us know an hour before they arrived and set everything up so well. Amazing customer service! I hired the hot tub for my birthday weekend. I had an event planned for the Saturday. The ladies delivered the hot tub, put it all up and the gazebo, hassle free for me! On the Friday evening there was an error message appearing on the motor, I text and within half an hour the lady was at my house with a new motor… despite it being 8.30pm on a Friday. This meant my event went ahead as planned with no hiccups. The service is so responsive and the staff go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will definitely be booking again!

Excellent service! 2nd time we have hired from party time hot tubs and cannot recommend enough! Prompt, polite and excellent communication right up to an hours notice on delivery and collection and a great size tub! We’ll be back!

Hired for a week over Christmas. The package come with a gazebo and LED lights. Was great fun - everyone loved it. There are some instructions to follow which were easy to understand. It will need to be placed within reach of a hose pipe. I topped up the spa with water most nights before going to bed and added the supplied chlorine after use. The spa was reliable and hot throughout. I wasn't sure what to expect and whether it would keep the heat with it being winter months but the spa kept a constant temperature. 42 degrees was a bit too hot at times, had to turn it down to 40! Really great service and would recommend.

Every aspect of this hire was brilliant. The communications was swift and efficient. The friendly staff delivered the hot tub on time and set it all up for us. The tub Itself was clean and all the kit was professional and well kept. Pickup was equally efficient. I would highly recommend if you fancy an exciting dip.
