Ian is just brilliant. He was quick to respond to a request for a quote for repair of a Nintendo Switch, and the quote was extremely reasonable. He booked me in next day with lots of options for time slots. The repair was quick, just 30 minutes while I waited, and has been completed to a very high standard. Paperwork before and after the repair was spot on. I will recommend Ian to anybody who needs repairs like this done, as this was so much better than Nintendo's own UK service centre.

Third time. First it was a handheld switch where some idiot had bitten the buttons off, then it was a PS4 with a broken HDMI slot and this time it was another Switch with some squash in the game slot. He fixed all of them, the latest one he did overnight. Small business that does a great job. If you've found him, you don't need to look anywhere else.

I brought my laptop in to Ian for repair this week. He was able to take it in as soon as we called and he quickly found the cause of the problem. It turned out the charger and the charging jack were both broken, and so Ian repaired the fittings on the computer and also replaced the charger for us. We were really impressed with how quickly it was done and how professional and communicative Ian was. He kept us updated via phone and text and also provided a receipt for the work upon collection which we really appreciated. There was nothing to fault in any way - it was perfect service and we'd definitely recommend to anyone 🙂

Broken Xbox Series X HDMI port replaced, can't fault the service at all. A really nice guy who is really good at what he does. Very reasonable price and a 1st class, faultless service.
